Responsibilities
Field Inspections and Structural Condition Assessments
Engineering analysis and design related to the repair of concrete and steel structures
Production of technical drawings, calculations and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
0 to 3 years of experience
Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis software such as SAP2000, RISA3D, or STAAD
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting/BIM software
Solid understanding of how structures behave
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm and curiosity for solving problems and understanding how things work
Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
Ability to travel and work in the field, both locally and outside the local area
Capability to enter secure facilities (e.g., Nuclear and Industrial plants)
Strong focus on working safely in a variety of challenging environments
Preferred
Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam preferred
