Responsibilities
Develop and implement plant-level quality systems, procedures, and documentation aligned with industry and customer standards
Lead all aspects of quality control, quality assurance, and incoming/outgoing inspection processes
Support start-up activities including PPAP’s, process validations, and quality documentation for new product introductions
Collaborate with engineering and operations to define process controls and resolve quality issues at root cause
Establish plant metrics and reporting systems for quality performance
Lead internal audits and prepare for external/customer audits
Drive continuous improvement in quality through lean Six Sigma tools
Train and develop quality technicians and inspectors
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment production
Experience implementing quality systems in a plant start-up or ramp up
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
