Mid LevelI/D.W is searching for a talented Motion Designer to build stunning and sophisticated motion graphics and visual effects. The role includes start-to-finish motion design, from storyboarding through to design, animation, and publication, while collaborating with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with clients, internal designers, and production artists to create stand-alone animations and compelling high-quality videos
Handle start-to-finish motion design, from storyboarding through to design, animation, and publication
Work out of the Oakland studio at key moments including kick-off and review
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio in motion design and animation
Very comfortable designing and animating in both 2D and 3D
Advanced knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools
Deep understanding of design and typography
Dedication to usability and user-centric design
Ability to manage multiple projects and advance the work through multiple revisions
Attention to detail
