Clinical Recruiter

Allied OMS is a doctor-owned management services organization in the oral and maxillofacial surgery space. They are seeking a results-driven Clinical Recruiter to oversee and execute recruiting efforts for both clinical and non-clinical roles across the platform, managing the full recruiting lifecycle and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for roles including, but not limited to, Surgical Assistants, Sterilization Technicians, Front Office Assistants, Treatment Coordinators, and Practice Administrators
Partner with hiring managers to define roles, set timelines, and align on candidate profiles
Create job descriptions and advise managers using market data and best practices
Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
Develop scalable recruiting processes and tools that drive speed and quality of hire
Lead candidate screening and assessments, coordinate interviews, and deliver recommendations
Ensure seamless onboarding by partnering with HR and Operations teams
Track and report recruiting performance using a live dashboard (open roles, pipeline, time-to-fill, and other key metrics)
Deliver concise executive updates to shareholders and senior leadership
Champion a consistent candidate experience and protect the company’s employer brand
Stay ahead of industry trends and local market data to refine sourcing strategies

Required

5+ years of recruiting experience in multi-site healthcare, dental, or oral surgery settings
5+ years of proven success in hiring for both clinical and non-clinical roles
Track record in building scalable recruiting processes and performance dashboards
Strong sourcing skills and creative strategies for hard-to-fill markets
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with executive-level reporting experience
Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference with Paylocity, LinkedIn Recruiter, DentalPost, and Excel

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
