The role involves working on site design for various projects, coordinating with other professionals, engaging with clients, and supporting all phases of project development.

Responsibilities

Work in conjunction with other licensed engineers on design and preparation of a variety of commercial, industrial, residential, energy and community projects throughout the Midwest

Coordinate with fellow MSG staff across a variety of services sectors including: Surveying, Environmental, Geotechnical, Structural, Traffic, Transportation, MEP, Site Construction, etc

Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals and present design solutions

Contribute to proposal writing and project marketing efforts, as needed

Conduct site analysis, research local codes, and assist in project permitting

Assist in the design and development of site plans, landscape plans, grading plans and illustrative graphics for parks, streetscapes, trail systems, civic spaces, and commercial developments

Support all phases of project development, including conceptual design, construction documentation, and project administration
