Responsibilities

Provide guidance and technical expertise for user experience activities including user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design

Review documentation of research findings presented to product and development teams

Participate and provide guidance in the creation of concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications to meet project schedules

Synthesize situations and information across multiple factors

Apply company policies and procedures in the resolution of a variety of issues

Give design feedback and build effective relationships with team members and across other teams

Get involved with team process and organization

Help to mentor and train more junior designers

Communicate effectively, checking for understanding and advocating for the user experience across the firm

Required

Bachelor's degree in psychology, user experience, design, human computer interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
