Responsibilities

Represent and advise the Virginia Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice, and Parole Board
Litigate cases in state and federal courts involving alleged violations of inmates’ constitutional rights
Advise client agencies on emerging issues in the law and responses to ancillary matters such as subpoena duces tecum and Freedom of Information Act requests
Perform other duties as necessary or appropriate

Required

Admission to the Virginia State Bar
