Supervise and lead project assignments with project staff. Manages and perform system design, including calculations, equipment selection, layout, and drawing preparation

Conduct site investigations and technical research to support design decisions
Apply standard engineering practices and software tools to produce high-quality deliverables
Build and develop internal and external relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Professional Engineer License (PE)
Preferred
6+ years' experience
Strong knowledge of relevant codes and design standards
Strong command of core engineering principles with the ability to apply them to real-world, multidisciplinary projects
Proficient in problem-solving
Experienced with industry-standard software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Competent in data interpretation and statistical analysis
Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals
Critical thinking and sound engineering judgement
Detail-oriented and quality focused
