Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, including design development, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting
Lead project execution, coordinate engineers, designers, and sub-consultants, and support bid/construction phases
Build and maintain client relationships; attend meetings as needed (day or evening)
Monitor project finances, adjust work plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Apply regulatory codes and use design software to prepare plans and documentation
Uphold quality standards in line with QA/QC guidelines
Visit construction sites to track progress and meet contract requirements
Mentor junior staff and share technical expertise
Maintain and grow professional competence through ongoing learning and problem-solving

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university
6+ years' experience in the field or a related area
Valid driver's license
To understand the concepts of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, including system layouts and components
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE)
