Responsibilities

Design for Connected Systems: Think beyond individual screens. Our products—scheduling, time tracking, payroll, hiring, team communication—are deeply interconnected. You'll design solutions that make sense within a larger ecosystem, not just in isolation
Thrive in Ambiguity: Push forward when the path isn't clear. You'll shape direction, not just follow it—bringing structure to fuzzy problems and momentum to early-stage work
Craft with Intention: Ground your UI decisions in strong UX foundations. Every interaction should help someone get their job done with less friction

Qualification
Required
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of inspiring teams and peers, and driving complex projects to success
Recent native mobile experience (within the last 3 years) is a significant and critical part of this role
Exceptional skills in both User Interface and User Experience design, clearly demonstrated through a distinguished portfolio
Adept at understanding and implementing large-scale business implications of design decisions within the tech landscape
Extensive experience with AI tools in design, enhancing both process and product quality
Proven experience in platform and messaging product design
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and AI technologies
