This role involves fieldwork and data collection related to traffic and transportation projects, providing valuable hands-on experience in a professional engineering setting.

Responsibilities

Traffic counting, topographic survey, or other project data collection

Complete reports and documentation on traffic data collection

Construction field inspection/staking operations

Complete Inspector Daily Reports (IDR’s) and other DOT reports

Measure and compute item quantities installed on the project

Required

Pursuing either of the following degrees required: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (or related) with a transportation focus preferred, Associate's degree in civil engineering technology (or related)

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
