Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering consolidated reporting of financial forecasting cycles utilizing financial systems and advance excel functions
Enhance existing financial reporting and design new dashboards for financial insights
Mechanize and streamline financial processes to promote consistent and accurate financial reporting
Identifies and implements solutions to resolve, improve, automate, or simplify finance processes
Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners and influence decisions
Makes thoughtful time management decisions independently
Prioritizes work, resolves issues, meets deadlines, and seeks feedback from your manager
Discerns between urgent and non-urgent issues and acts accordingly to solve them
You communicate data in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner both verbally and in writing
You adjust communications based on audience and can articulate complex finance issues to non-Finance partners
You have backbone and challenge business partner plans and assumptions when needed
You navigate across organizations and identify the right teams to participate in discussions
You take part in hiring and developing activities and mentor new team members
You positively contribute to work/life harmony on your team and find creative solutions to solve gaps for your team
You seek, value, and leverage diverse perspectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience

Preferred

MBA, or CPA
5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
5+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
