BradyPLUS is a leading national distributor of solutions for JanSan, Foodservice and Industrial Packaging. They are seeking a Packaging Equipment Specialist to drive packaging equipment sales, enable automation initiatives, and foster relationships with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead sales and support efforts for packaging equipment solutions across all BradyPLUS business units

Collaborate with sales teams on customer visits, needs assessments, proposals, and presentations

Serve as a subject matter expert on packaging equipment, automation technologies, and system integration

Partner with vendors to design and implement custom automation and equipment solutions

Support service team efforts by promoting equipment services and preventive maintenance programs

Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, industry connections, and prospecting strategies

Conduct on-site product demonstrations, equipment installations, and facility assessments

Deliver equipment training to internal teams and end-users

Stay current on industry trends, including robotics, smart packaging, and emerging technologies

Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and training sessions to support sales and relationship development

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5 years in industrial packaging

Expertise in flexible packaging, equipment, or distribution

Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
