Responsibilities

The Information Technology Infrastructure internship will start with a one-on-one meeting with the Chief Technology Officer or their designated personnel to discuss the professional goal of the student's academic coursework to ensure they are meeting all academic requirements during this internship

Additionally, the internship will be supervised by the IT Infrastructure Lead to provide routine feedback and status updates

There will be an exit interview with the IT Infrastructure Lead and the Director of Human Resources for continual improvement of the program

The IT Infrastructure internship will provide exposure to a variety of opportunities, such as: Windows Server, Windows 2019, 2016, 2012, 2010, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange 2013 and later versions, phone system hardware, software, and architecture, Voice over IP technology
