Responsibilities
Working with Customer Support team to learn payment processes and apply that to address issues that may arise with our services
Shadow the Client Experience team and assist with processes and procedures that help Transcard Clients
Daily tasks may include card orders, research, card to card transfer, loading cards, unloading cards, closing cards, unclosing cards, blocking cards, and running reports
Each request could be in a different system, which is imperative to gain knowledge of each internal system and its function
Qualification
Required
Ability to work remotely and independently from direct supervisor as needed
Must have great time management, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Completed or currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar
