The intern will engage in hands-on development and characterization of advanced semiconductor materials, contributing to various projects based on business needs.

Work with the material team in the hands-on development of epitaxy growth of III-Nitrides using MOCVDF and MBE

Hands-on characterization of advanced semiconductor materials

Data generate and analysis

Documentation and presentation of the results to the team

Required

Candidate shall be currently enrolled in an accredited program seeking a PhD in Material Sciences Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics

Experience with epitaxy growth techniques such as: MOCVD and/or MBE

Experience with materials characterization techniques such as: X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, and Hall and C-V etc

Strong analytical thinker

Has an open mind

Solid communication skills written and oral
