Qualification
Required
Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a STEM major
Interest in working in a software environment
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Able to write code in Python or similar language
Tech-savviness and desire to harness the power of technology
Strong analytical, communication, and abstract problem solving skills
Ability to take a step back and see the bigger picture, and unwavering commitment to robust solutions
Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach to delivering solutions
Motivation to learn software development lifecycle, from planning and specification to testing and shipping the final pieces, ensuring Appian's high standards for quality are met throughout the process
