Responsibilities

Build and deploy web-based applications using the Appian platform to support customers’ business needs

Become an expert on Appian software, from implementing the first business process management application to scaling a program across the enterprise

Gain hands-on experience across the full project life cycle, learning how to define requirements, launch new data models, build APIs and integrations, and collaborate directly with business users and technical teams

Required

The ability to leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration

The skill set and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions using the Appian platform

The ability to analyze a client's business strategy and processes, to then develop technical solutions to support them

The desire to use a design thinking approach for prototyping and modeling business processes

A solid foundation of, or passion for, technology

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to travel; 20% requirement to support customer engagement
