Director, US Sales - Hemostasis

They are seeking a Director for US Sales in the Hemostasis diagnostics portfolio to lead national sales strategies, oversee a sales team, and collaborate across functions to drive revenue growth and market share in the U.S.

Health Diagnostics

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the national sales strategy for the hemostasis product line, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, market trends, and customer needs
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of Hemostasis Sales Specialists
Set and monitor national sales targets, pipeline health, territory performance, and forecast accuracy to drive accountability and revenue achievement
Collaborate with National Accounts, Corporate Accounts, and Regional Sales teams to secure and grow business with IHN’s, GPO’s, and Commercial Reference Laboratories
Cross-Functional collaboration with Marketing, Scientific Affairs, Technical Support, and Training teams to ensure consistent messaging, product positioning, and field readiness
Stay current on competitive landscape, evolving clinical guidelines, and customer trends to inform strategic decisions and product development needs
Manage national sales budgets, resource allocation, and commercial initiatives to maximize ROI and operational efficiency
Foster high-level relationships with KOLs, Laboratory Executives, and Executive stakeholders to reinforce Sysmex’s leadership in Hemostasis diagnostics
Generate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends. Present findings to senior management and provide strategic insights

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Science, or related field required
10+ years of experience in diagnostics sales, with at least 5 years in sales leadership roles
Proven ability to manage large, geographically distributed teams
Demonstrated success in national sales strategy execution and key account development
Excellent communication skills, negotiation acumen, and strong executive presence
Analytical mindset with experience in CRM, sales dashboards, and forecasting tools
