Senior Vice President, Channel Partners

Airtower Networks is a leading provider of next-generation in-building wireless networks, and they are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Vice President of Channel Partners to build and lead their end-to-end partner program. This critical executive leadership role involves overseeing all partner channels, developing scalable programs, and driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

Design and lead Airtower’s comprehensive partner strategy across all partner types
Develop scalable programs for onboarding, enablement, incentives, and performance management
Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through co-sell, co-market, and joint planning initiatives
Establish and manage a national sales agent and referral partner program with supporting infrastructure
Partner Enablement: Develop onboarding materials, welcome kits, and ongoing education programs to ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to successfully represent Airtower
Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team with clear KPIs and accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Legal
Utilize HubSpot and other platforms to manage partner lifecycle, attribution, and reporting
Represent Airtower at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events

Required

20+ years of experience in partnerships, channels, or business development within telecom, wireless, DAS, Wi-Fi, or network infrastructure
Proven success building and scaling diverse partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue growth
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience leading partner or channel teams
Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies with carriers, OEMs, and channel partners
Experience with partner management platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
Based in or willing to relocate to a priority Airtower market
