They are seeking a Subject Matter Expert IV in Business/Financial Management to provide detailed analysis of current operations and lead the implementation of business process improvements for the Navy ERP program.

Responsibilities

Provides a detailed analysis of current operations, business process, organizational processes, procedures and staff components to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures

Employs business process models, activity flows, and data models

Functions as leader or facilitator for the process experts when identifying existing or proposed solutions for business processes and organizational procedures

Proficient using process mapping tools and can direct junior staff accordingly

Has experience leading the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities

Required

MS or MA degree in Business Administration, Management, or other Relevant Technical Discipline from an accredited college or university

A BS or BA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for an MS or MA degree

At least fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and/or Training

Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in a Relevant Technical Discipline

Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA implementations

Candidates must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance
