Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Partner with clients to align AI solutions with business goals, delivering strategic consultations

Business Consulting: Develop business cases and roadmaps for AI adoption, targeting 20-30% cost savings

Solution Architecture: Design scalable AI solutions using Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Cognitive Services for NLP and generative AI

Change Management: Lead training and adoption strategies to ensure seamless AI integration

Implementation: Oversee end-to-end AI deployment, ensuring HIPAA compliance and performance

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business, or related field; master's preferred

5+ years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Cognitive Services

8+ years in business consulting or change management in retail, healthcare

Proven track record in AI consulting, implementation and deployments

Proficient in Python, C#, or Java and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Strong client-facing and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance and Azure security (Key Vault, Managed Identities)

Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR)
