Responsibilities

Responsible for the leadership and coordination of all the National Group's internal financial reporting requirements
Partner with operational leadership to ensure the proper level of finance support is being delivered to the facilities
Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and prior year
Assist with operational analysis and performance metric initiatives
Perform ad hoc analysis, as needed
Partner with Development teams to perform diligence, develop financial projections and execute on potential M&A activity
Supervise, coach and mentor the operations team’s analyst

Required

5 years of experience in a management level finance or accounting position; CPA and / or Masters Degree preferred
Strong business, strategic and financial acumen is required
Working knowledge of the healthcare industry
Operating experience in a company with multiple locations
Experience compiling and analyzing GAAP financial statements as well as in coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact independently with the executive management team and communicate with all levels of management
Ability to apply intellectual rigor and analysis in decision-making and maintain confidence of stakeholders
Excellent time management skills; Proven flexibility with changing priorities and the ability to prioritize work assignments to meet tight deadlines
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; experience with accounting and consolidation systems preferable
