Senior Process Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize wafer fabrication processes (lithography, vacuum, electroplating, wet etch, etc.) for MEMS product development and production
Lead the technical execution of new product development for rapid prototyping and scalable production
Engineer products and drive rapid process development to achieve performance, yield, quality, and cost-effectiveness
Create process flows, design experiments, and compile/present data to management and customers
Systematically troubleshoot fabrication challenges and implement corrective actions
Monitor efficiency, output, and safety of manufacturing processes through data-driven observations

Required

BS/MS/PhD in EE/ME/Physics/Materials/Chemistry (or related)
Hands-on wafer processing and device fabrication experience (Etch, Deposition, Wets, Bond & Grind, and/or Lithography)
Strong data analysis; SPC/JMP familiarity a plus
Demonstrated critical thinking skills to frame challenging and sometimes ambiguous problems, generate hypotheses, design minimal DOEs, analyze data, and drive to measurable results
Background in MEMS or CMOS development/manufacturing
Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum seeker)

Preferred

Experience with Zemax, COMSOL, FEM modeling, or equivalent tools a plus
Programming skills (Python, Java, C++) a plus
