Qualification

Required

3-5 years of experience
Demonstrated background in M&A, HSR, merger compliance, and transactional counseling
Premerger experience
Excellent academic credentials
Excellent writing skills
DC bar is required

Preferred

Large firm or relevant government agency experience
Candidates who have completed a federal clerkship will be strongly considered
