The Salvation Army is hiring for the position of Program Aide, which involves providing direct assistance to York City students with their learning programs and homework. The role includes maintaining accurate attendance, providing study aids, and communicating with the Learning Center Director.

Responsibilities

Assist students with nightly homework

Assist students with learning programs, this includes accurate attendance and student assessments (student behaviors and ability to complete assigned tasks) and program assessment

Provide additional study aids and tools for students who appear to be struggling with assignments

Communicate regularly with the Learning Center Director

Follow and enforce discipline policy of the Learning Center

Maintain a clean working environment

Attend all training and staff meetings

Other job related duties as assigned
