Intelligence Analyst - Journeyman

They are seeking a Journeyman Intelligence Analyst to support Headquarters Space Operations Command, where the role involves integrating intelligence into planning and operations, developing threat assessments, and collaborating with mission partners in the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive staff support, including task response, document review and development, training plan validation, and SAP policy integration
Facilitate ISR-related ICTs, TEMs, and working groups by managing meeting logistics, documenting discussions, and distributing notes to stakeholders
Deliver weekly system delivery, transition, and sustainment updates while assisting with operational planning, budgeting, and concept development activities
Draft and coordinate operational acceptance plans to ensure intelligence support aligns with program milestones and senior leadership decision forums
Conduct PCPAD analysis and architecture assessments to identify ISR support requirements for current, future, and emergent capabilities
Plan and participate in tabletop exercises (TTXs) and ROC drills, documenting lessons learned in accordance with Field Command guidance
Draft and review threat summaries for inclusion in strategic documents, ensuring consistency with validated intelligence sources
Translate mission needs into actionable RFIs, manage tasking systems such as COLISEUM, SMART, and CSRP, and verify alignment of requirements
Review and assess intelligence report responses for completeness and mission relevance, ensuring intelligence products meet defined task objectives
Track and validate intelligence requirements across the acquisition lifecycle to ensure long-term ISR supportability
Coordinate with external intelligence agencies and mission partners to resolve ISR shortfalls and inform leadership decision-making
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI security clearance; SAP eligibility
Minimum 5–8 years of intelligence analysis supporting DoD or the Intelligence Community, with experience integrating intelligence into acquisition and operations
At least one (1) year of experience or formal training in ISR
Bachelor's degree required OR an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
Preferred
Basic intelligence tradecraft certifications highly desired
Experience with SEW, SDA, or related mission areas
