Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale structural engineering projects from concept through completion

Oversee project teams (engineers and BIM designers), ensuring high-quality project execution

Provide technical leadership in Type I construction (steel and concrete structures)

Deliver seismic evaluation and retrofit design expertise (ASCE 41 experience a plus)

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants on innovative and cost-effective solutions

Develop and maintain strong client relationships and actively support business development

Mentor and guide future leaders within the organization
