Drive project success—lead and contribute to engineering efforts across disciplines, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results
Be a problem solver—analyze complex challenges, develop creative solutions, and continue growing your technical expertise
Mentor and develop junior staff—share knowledge, provide guidance, and communicate ideas clearly to help develop the next generation of engineers
Work independently with confidence—handle assignments with minimal supervision, managing tasks from start to finish while aligning with project goals
Build relationships—begin developing a deeper understanding of client needs and decision-making processes, fostering connections both inside and outside the organization
Collaborate and coordinate—supervise or coordinate the work of other professionals supporting your projects, ensuring seamless teamwork and project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Professional Engineer License (PE)
4+ years' experience
Preferred
Direct experience with Water/Wastewater treatment plants OR pipeline systems
Experience designing pipelines from start to finish OR
Have an idea and context in utility design (as it relates to Land Development and Municipal markets)
Technical experience in AutoCad Civil3D
