Responsibilities
Strong analytical background and business acumen
Experience presenting and writing document for senior leadership review
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related quantitative discipline
5+ years of work experience in planning or strategy-based roles
5+ years of work experience in program management, process improvement, implementation, or project execution
Data center infrastructure expertise: Familiarity with power distribution, cooling systems (including traditional air cooling), space utilization, and environmental considerations
Project management and collaboration: Experience in managing complex projects, working effectively with cross-functional teams, and challenging vendors on product features and capabilities to meet specific needs
Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues related to liquid cooling systems
Sustainability and energy efficiency focus: Prioritizing solutions that minimize environmental impact and reduce energy consumption
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating, iterating, and improving end-to-end processes
Excels at planning, executing, and tracking strategic initiatives
Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer
5+ years professional experience in high technology industries or consumer electronics
Experience with systems modeling and other statistical analysis tools
Qualification

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
