Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting a new or pre-owned Mazda vehicle that fits their needs and budget

Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers

Provide accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, vehicle technology, and industry trends

Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the customer interaction process

Collaborate with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions

Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
