Senior LevelRoswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Urologist to join our growing academic Urology practice in Buffalo and Western New York State. As a Surgeon-Scientist, the candidate will enjoy a full spectrum urologic oncology practice, with a focus on bladder, as well as protected academic time for basic science and laboratory work, as well as the opportunity to teach learners of all types.
Responsibilities
Provides urologic oncology expertise using the latest therapies & technology, focused on bladder
As a Surgeon-Scientist, 50% of time will be protected for basic science/clinical research activities, with the expectation of securing external funding for those scientific efforts
Participates in our multidisciplinary clinics & tumor boards, state-of-the art Operating and Procedure rooms, as well as our Men’s Sexual Health program
Qualification
Required
License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York
Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in Urologic Oncology
Medical Doctor degree and prior full-time experience in the specialty of Urologic Oncology
