G.E. Mechanical, LLC is a leading full-service mechanical contractor serving Southern New Jersey. They are seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Mid-Shift Service Technician responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.

Construction

Responsibilities

Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance services for commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
Commercial/industrial customers include restaurant equipment, convenience stores, cold storage facilities, distribution companies, and super market refrigeration
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems to including split systems, chillers, packaged units, oil- and gas-fired boilers and control systems
Food service preparation equipment
Ability to work with tablet-based service ticket software system for all HVAC/R work performed
Perform HVAC/R preventative maintenance service for contract customers

Qualification

HVAC experienceCommercial refrigerationControl systemsEPA certificationTeam player

Required

High School diploma or GED
3+ years of HVAC experience

Preferred

5+ years of Commercial refrigeration experience
Commercial and residential air conditioning and gas/oil heat service experience
Commercial and/or residential HVAC replacement experience
Food service equipment experience
Understanding of control systems and wiring
EPA certification
Professional, ethical, and a team player willing to grow with the company
