Responsibilities

Provides telephone, email, and walk-in IT support assistance for students, faculty, and staff of the Chatham University community

Helps in the various areas of IT support including Microsoft products, printing and device support, Windows OS, Mac OSX, iPhone, Android, and other software and hardware issues

Students create and manage tickets using Chatham’s ITS ticketing system, Teamdynamix(TDX)

Other duties include classroom/office technology checks including inventory, general upkeep/cleaning, and A/V equipment set up and tear down
