Responsibilities
Greeting clients and checking in guests for daycare, lodging, grooming, and training services
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing client accounts
Providing accurate, friendly communication both in-person and over the phone
Keeping client records organized, accurate, and up-to-date
Supporting a smooth check-in/check-out process and managing point-of-sale transactions
Helping maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
Being a key point of connection between pet parents and our care team
Qualification
Required
A people person who loves creating great experiences from the first phone call to the final tail wag
Organized and detail-obsessed, keeping appointments, records, and communication running smoothly
A multitasking pro who stays cool, kind, and collected even during the busiest shifts
Tech-savvy and confident navigating digital systems and client accounts
Calm, clear, and compassionate especially when pet parents need reassurance
Driven to grow in a supportive environment that values professional development and team culture
