Responsibilities
Work as the right hand to the CEO to drive growth across the company. This role is not narrowly defined—it’s about doing whatever it takes to accelerate Neon’s trajectory
Design and execute growth initiatives: From market strategy to hands-on campaigns
Partner with leadership: Translate vision into operating plans, OKRs, and measurable outcomes
Crack complex problems: Break down ambiguous challenges into structured projects and drive them to completion
Own cross-functional projects: Coordinate product, GTM, and operations to unlock growth
Identify leverage: Ruthlessly prioritize the highest-impact opportunities
Qualification
Required
Work directly with the CEO on the highest impact initiatives
Combine consulting-level strategy with startup execution
Tackle whatever it takes to drive Neon's growth
Bring top-tier consulting and/or MBA backgrounds
Thrive in ambiguity
Operate as a hands-on builder shaping GTM and business strategy

Analytical strategist: Exceptional problem solver with consulting-level rigor
Operator mentality: Can alternate between strategy, execution, and iteration at speed
Builder mindset: Excited to design systems, processes, and playbooks from scratch
Trusted partner: Works hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership team to steer the company
Background in top 3 consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) and an Ivy League MBA
Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from zero-to-one and scale growth
Experience working closely with founders/CEOs or in early-stage, high-growth environments
Strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical horsepower, and execution drive
Operate across a wide range of tools and disciplines
Strategy frameworks and financial modeling (Excel/Sheets, BI tools)
Growth and GTM systems (Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, Clay, etc.)
Project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, Jira)
Comfort with light automation, data analysis, and experimentation
