Talent Acquisition Specialist -- Clinical & Rehab Recruitment

They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical and rehab professionals, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers to meet their hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality talent in nursing and rehab disciplines
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, particularly for hard-to-fill and high-demand roles
Own the full-cycle recruitment process: posting jobs, proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating offers, and onboarding
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and tailor recruiting approaches accordingly
Represent VNS Health at job fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities
Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain compliance with all pre- and post-employment processes and organizational standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in healthcare or high-volume clinical hiring environments
Proven success sourcing passive candidates using a variety of tools and platforms
Ability to think creatively, move quickly, and adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Must be available to work onsite at our NYC office two days per week

Preferred

Experience recruiting for licensed clinicians such as RNs, LPNs, PTs, and OTs strongly preferred
