Responsibilities
Provide technical support for gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, and pressure controllers used in semiconductor manufacturing. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure optimal system performance
Develop and refine application-specific solutions for semiconductor manufacturing processes, focusing on enhancing product performance and reliability. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize product specifications to meet customer requirements. Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance system performance and reliability
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including application notes, user manuals, and standard operating procedures. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Engage with customers to provide technical consultations, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver training sessions on system operation and maintenance. Foster strong customer relationships and act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams
Manage and support project activities related to the integration and deployment of Pivotal’s products into semiconductor equipment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in a technical role related to gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, and/or pressure controllers
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including knowledge of gas delivery systems, mass flow controllers, and pressure controllers
Experience with semiconductor capital equipment hardware and process optimization
Preferred
Advanced degree is a plus
5 years or more of experience in semiconductor capital equipment hardware engineering or related fields
