Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams
Background in enterprise SaaS or AI-driven platforms
Experience building reliable, secure, and scalable systems
Track record of aligning engineering execution with business outcomes
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
Skilled at recruiting and developing top technical talent
Strong track record of delivering complex products on time
Able to balance short-term needs with long-term scalability
Works across product, design, and business functions seamlessly
Builds an engineering culture of excellence, speed, and accountability
