Responsibilities
Learn and become an expert in SAP Business One (ERP system) and related tools
Work with different teams (finance, operations, warehouse, IT, etc.) to understand their needs and improve processes
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions
Troubleshoot issues in our systems and help find long-term solutions
Support system integrations between SAP and other platforms (e-commerce, warehouse, accounting)
Ensure data accuracy, track key metrics, and help improve efficiency across the business
Train and support users with system updates, testing, and new features
Contribute ideas for process improvements and automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years working with data, reporting, or ERP/software systems
Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and/or reporting tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports
Basic knowledge of accounting (Accounts Payable/Receivable) and experience with warehouse or inventory systems
Someone who enjoys learning new technology, solving problems, and digging into data
Great communicator who can work with both technical and non-technical teams
Detail-oriented, curious, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
Preferred
Experience with SAP Business One
Familiarity with support ticketing systems (like Jira or ServiceNow)
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods
Exposure to IT infrastructure or system administration
