As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful and timely delivery of multiple projects, collaborating with various teams to define project scope, develop plans, and manage timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
Analyze, plan and develop requirements, tasks and SLAs (service level agreements) in reference to assigned projects
Hold regular meetings with technology, design, operations, sales and impact teams to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects to ensure on-time deliverables
Lead budget and resource allocation through all project phases
Serve as the final point of accountability on assigned projects
Generate regular reports to update leadership, internal stakeholders and clients on project timelines
Conduct retrospectives towards the end of the project and identify areas of improvement for future projects

Required

Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) for stakeholder management and team collaboration
Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
Comfort and experience with technology to foresee challenges and ensure that the technological vision aligns with the project's objectives
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
