Program Director, EngageKY Foster Grandparents
Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Program Director for the EngageKY Foster Grandparent Program (FGP), which focuses on providing youth with literacy and math tutoring through senior volunteers. The Program Director will manage the program's operations, budget, and ensure compliance while representing the initiative at various levels.

Responsibilities
Recruit schools to serve as FGP host sites
Recruit, train, support and oversee 50 AmeriCorps seniors
Develop systems and processes that will ensure strong implementation and ongoing capacity building with a goal focused on long-term sustainability
Manage the program’s budget, ensuring financial stability and accountability
Develop a policies and procedures handbook that will apply to EngageKY staff, agencies hosting AmeriCorps Seniors, and the AmeriCorps Seniors members
Work with third-party evaluators to collect, analyze, and report program data
Participate in EngageKY staff meetings, retreats, and events
