Financial Planning Analyst
AccruePartners is a global leader in their industry supporting clients across various sectors. They are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to act as a key link between corporate finance and regional leadership teams, establish standardized financial reporting practices, and lead comprehensive financial analysis to support performance management.
Responsibilities
Act as a key link between corporate finance and regional/local leadership teams to align financial strategies
Establish and implement standardized financial reporting and analysis practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across locations
Collaborate with the Regional EVP to oversee forecasting efforts, including long-term and short-term financial plans
Lead comprehensive financial analysis on trends, variances, and key business metrics to support performance management
Provide financial expertise for commercial activities, plant operations, and ongoing operational reviews
Drive initiatives to optimize working capital and streamline cash flow processes for improved efficiency
Review 12-week cash flow forecasts to ensure transparency and alignment with corporate financial goals
Develop and present internal financial reports to aid strategic decision-making and board-level discussions
Oversee quarterly financial reviews of profit and loss statements and balance sheets, supporting audit processes
Participate in mergers and acquisitions, contributing from due diligence through to post-deal integration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
3 to 8 years of experience in FP&A or plant controllership
Knowledge of US GAAP
Strong analytical capabilities, ambitious, strong communicator
Ability to travel 30%
Preferred
Experience in Public Accounting
