They are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Client Support Intern to join their IT team, focusing on analyzing and resolving Tier 2 technical issues, provisioning hardware, and assisting with employee onboarding.

Responsibilities

Address and resolve Tier 2 help desk escalations through the ticketing system

Follow up on outstanding tickets to ensure timely resolution

Install and configure hardware and software for new employee onboarding

Provide support for PCs, phones, and mobile devices on campus

Manage and monitor internal IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records

Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, smartphones, and tablets

Assist with billing, leasing, ordering, and evaluating new equipment

Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT team
