Baptist Health is looking for an Electrical Engineer - Intermediate to join our team. This remote position involves evaluating business problems, performing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems, and assisting with the installation of hardware. The role also includes evaluating new equipment and maintaining spare parts inventory.

Responsibilities

Assists in the evaluation of business problems
Performs general maintenance tasks
Troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout Baptist Healthcare System
Assist with installation of PCs and server hardware
Assists in the evaluation of new end-user equipment, implementation and testing of prototypes
Assists in maintaining an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts used in computer systems repair work
Prepares progress reports for all work performed
Receives work direction from supervisor on work priorities and daily assignments
May direct less experienced electronics engineers
