Responsibilities

Design and manage Dataverse schemas and perform data migrations
Ensure database performance, integrity, and security
Validate migration reports and align data models with USMA mission requirements
Deliver migration validation, optimization, and compliance audit reports
Develop and maintain real-time, bi-directional data pipelines between AMS, Azimuth Dataverse, Canvas LTI, and Slate Admissions
Consolidate multiple data sources into the new platform
Create dashboards to monitor data flow and system performance
Deliver integration workflows, ETL documentation, and operational dashboards
Build and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), custom connectors, and APIs
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure compliance with NIST Secure Software Development Framework
Deploy academic, cadet, and tactical officer information systems
Deliver source code repositories, deployment artifacts, and system documentation

Required

Application Programmer: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
DoD 8140 IAT Level II or III

Preferred

Data Engineer: (Optional) Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)
