Social & Brand Activation Manager

Dr. Tavel Optical Group is seeking a Social & Brand Activation Manager to lead their social media presence and marketing initiatives. This role involves developing strategies for various social media platforms and executing brand activation programs while ensuring cohesive marketing efforts both online and offline.

Responsibilities

Develop a clear, differentiated strategy for each social channel (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) based on audience behaviors and business goals
Collaborate with the Brand Visualist, Brand Writer and marketing team to concept, plan, and execute marketing campaigns and programs, including the writing of most social content
Own the social content calendar, scheduling and publishing content that is timely, relevant, and aligned with the brand voice and visual identity
Engage with audiences through thoughtful, brand-right responses and proactive community management
Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep Dr. Tavel ahead of the curve
Analyze and report on social performance, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts
Ensure all marketing initiatives—digital and offline—are cohesive, strategic, and aligned with business objectives
Support marketing team on other responsibilities as defined

Required

4+ years of professional experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or organization
Strong understanding of platform best practices, content formats, and emerging trends for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Experience developing and executing social strategies that drive engagement and measurable results
Strong social content writing experience, with campaign level experience a plus
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication skills with a knack for community engagement
Comfort analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions
Experience coordinating with creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Preferred

Familiarity with healthcare or retail marketing a plus but not required
