Responsibilities
Guidewire Cloud System and Solution support
Experience with PolicyCenter and Integration Gateway Support
Focus on the design, solutioning and Integration Buildout
Testing, Automation and Scripting: Strong skills in scripting
Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, ELK etc
CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment tools such as BitBucket, TeamCity, GitHub Enterprise, CloudBees
Product Management, Updates/Upgrades
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
System Reliability and Performance: Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-based systems
Monitoring and Incident Response: Set up monitoring systems, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Guidewire Cloud System and Solution support
Experience with PolicyCenter and Integration Gateway Support
