Responsibilities

Managing all phases of litigation, pre-litigation disputes, and responses to third-party or government inquiries

Advising on global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), managing our data privacy compliance program, and developing and maintaining key resources like our privacy policy and related notices

Developing and implementing processes to increase the overall effectiveness of the Legal team and maintaining a repository of legal resources, templates, and training materials for the business

Required

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent international qualification

4-9 years of experience in a similar or relevant role at a top law firm or company

Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities

Solution-oriented mindset able to work with teams to ensure they are able to accomplish their objectives while still meeting standards

Ability to manage and advise senior leadership

Preferred

Strong preference for relevant litigation and privacy experience
