Responsibilities
Conduct sales of HVAC parts, online, in-person and via telephone
Handle all customer inquiries regarding parts, projects or tracking
Identify the best parts for the job and process the subsequent orders
Follow up on orders, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and package merchandise for customer pick up or shipment
Provide support for inventory control and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service aptitude
Excellent typing, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work out of our Weymouth, MA office Monday – Friday
Availability to work 7am – 4pm
Preferred
HVAC industry a plus but not required
